La Perla unleashes the wrath of the web with its anorexic mannequins

A photo posted by Michael Rudoy on twitter was enough to unleash the anger of users on the microblogging social network. Walking through the streets of New York, the boy noticed that one of the mannequins displayed in the windows of the La Perla brand had something special : excessive thinness.

The ribs in plain sight of the mannequin have triggered a real media tam tam that led to the removal of the same in just under an "hour and the consequent official apology from the brand.

Through twitter, the great underwear firm, it justified itself by claiming that the mannequin photographed is part of the restyling project of all the boutinques of the brand and that it will never be used in any store again.
