The new Diesel collection

#DieselTribute: is the name of the debut capsule collection of the new creative director of the Diesel brand, Nicola Formichetti, created on the occasion of the brand's 35th anniversary.
For the occasion, the Italian-Japanese stylist, already the creator of Lady Gaga's extravagant and provocative looks, dug into the archives of the urban fashion house, recovering the tradition and the particular workmanship of denim, the true heart of Renzo Rosso's creature.

For the occasion, the press campaign was created by one of today's leading fashion photographers, even if calling him only a photographer is an understatement: Nick Knight is in fact the creator of Showstudio, a digital video and image project entirely dedicated to fashion and his communication. Knight made the photos of the campaign with an iPhone, then using the apps to create visual effects that today dominate our imagination, such as the glitch, an "error" that interrupts the normal linearity of the image, giving it a halo almost alien.
