How to use the Gua Sha Scraper
- For the nose, the scraper must be moved slowly from the top to the tip of the nose, repeating 5 to 10 times, until the skin becomes slightly warm.
- For the face, simply move the scraper slowly from bottom to top, repeating 10 to 15 times.
- For the neck, the scraper must be moved slowly from top to bottom, repeating 10 to 20 times.
