Relaxation ... my way!

The word stress now seems to have become a faithful companion of our days. Work, commitments and races to which we are now so accustomed that we do not even realize that there comes a time when we have to say ENOUGH, stop and think about us too!
For me this moment has arrived (and also for some time), so for a few days I have been trying to implement a relaxation strategy of my own, 3 steps that I impose on myself every day, to remind me that if they are called needs ... a reason it will be!

1. One beautiful thing a day
A run in the park, a tour of that little shop where we always peek at the window, a coffee with a friend: a laugh and a little chat to relax can do nothing but good for us and for the people we love. And in addition to good humor, social relationships will also thank you.

2. A real lunch
We are often used to having lunch in front of the PC or standing while we do something else, to buy time. But is it really time gained? Paying attention to our nutrition is the first step to love ourselves and eating fast and badly only adds more stress to our day. If we stop and sit down at the table giving ourselves the necessary time, we will not have lost precious minutes, on the contrary!

3. Disconnected evenings
By now technology and various devices are part of our life and at times it seems to us that we cannot do without them. In the evening, however, at home I feel the need to disconnect from the world, to turn off tablet, phone and everything else, to spend time with my family without distractions, closing that window open to the world that inevitably makes me think of a million things waiting for me the next day.
