The colors of vegan cuisine

The red of the tomatoes, the orange of the carrots, the intense purple of the blackberries not only tease the senses, but also seem to have a positive effect on our moods and our health. Precisely for these reasons it was born The Rainbow Spoon, a collection of over 170 vegan recipes from traditions from around the world.

The book, co-written by YariPrete, a great lover of food and cooking as well as vegan since 2006; and by ValerioCostanzia, an expert in food issues, it contains appetizers, single dishes, breads, desserts ... all divided according to the dominant color of the dish, to create beautiful, good recipes with chromotherapy benefits from every corner of the planet.
