Firenze4Ever, when fashion looks to the future and to technology
Born in 2010 to celebrate the tenth anniversary of LuisaViaRoma.com, the e-commerce site of the most famous and loved luxury store in Florence, Firenze4Ever has quickly become the media event that opens the dances of the fashion week twice a year. next edition, the twelfth, is the confirmation of how much Florence and LuisaViaRoma are at the center of things, when it comes to fashion and innovation.
The theme of this edition, in fact, which will be held from 9 to 11 January next, is "TechDreamers", with technology and fashion enthusiasts who change these two worlds from the inside. As always, the Tuscan store will be the "epicenter of meetings and events between bloggers, youtubers, instagrammers, media and fashion designers, to create collaborations or simply to discuss the state of the art in terms of fashion innovation. This year" then there will be a summit not to be missed, with interventions by leading personalities in the field of web technology, in comparison with fashion and its needs for innovation.
Attending the summit costs nothing, just show up at the meeting venue, La Palazzina Reale in Florence, where there will be companies of the caliber of Google, Facebook, Samsung and many others. An "opportunity to deepen the theme of technology and fashion offered to all the curious, not just experts.
For the occasion, LuisaViaRoma will then become an exhibition space where alongside the clothes of the biggest fashion brands there will be the works of artists selected by the Sedition gallery in London. Swarovski will then be present with 100,000 crystals that decorate the entrance to the store, and in a limited edition of 30 pieces of clothing created using Swarovski crystals, such as the Casadei shoe that you can admire below.
And since Firenze4Ever is above all a party for the city, the closing party will not be missing this year either, at the Ex Manifattura Tabacchi, where DJs who have exploded thanks to the web, such as Jasmine Thompson, Petite Meller, Nervo and Dragonette, will perform.
