Happy in love? Fewer diets!

Women who are satisfied with their romantic relationship are less obsessed with the line. This is revealed by a study presented to the British Psychological Society's Division of Clinical Psychology in York by Tallinn University. The group of Estonian scholars examined a sample of 256 women aged between 20 and 45, of which 71.5% cohabiting and 28.5% married. After a series of questions on self-esteem, including some more specific ones on the body, it emerged that women who are happy in their love life have a more serene relationship with the scales and are able to accept any roundness with more serenity. their own body and to fall into the trap of diets are instead those who feel dissatisfied on a sentimental level.
