Why "proper nutrition is so important."

Exercise and recovery are important for muscle definition, but if you don't eat a balanced diet, you will probably never see results. Your muscles need energy and protein to grow - if you don't exercise regularly , there is no point in eating foods with a high protein content. Remember that having a well balanced meal but in exaggerated portions and without exercising, you will put on kilos; at the same time, if you exercise but do not keep an eye on your diet, you will not have never the body of your dreams. Remember: exercising and eating right are two sides of the same coin that go hand in hand.

If you take the foods mentioned above during this phase, your body will benefit. This is why it is important to eat certain foods at the right time so as not to negate the effectiveness of the workout

Don't forget to drink as much as possible

We are made of water, at least 60%. If we don't drink enough, our bodies cannot use nutrients efficiently.
To find out how many liquids you need to take per day, there is a very simple calculation: multiply your body weight (kg) by 35 and you will get the amount of water to take in ml. A lot of water will be lost through sweat so allow yourself a little more water. Are you drinking enough? Sports drinks are also indicated during the activity.

In short: training hard is not enough! Eating right is equally important for good results and by regularly combining a balanced diet with a good workout you will undoubtedly see improvements.
