1. You ate ... of everything

Of course sometimes you indulge in a few more treats and snacks, but now that you have children, even without realizing it, you have changed your eating habits to be a role model for your children. If you have to teach them not to eat another snack before dinner at least they shouldn't surprise you eating chips. 2. Sleeping until noon or later

Remember the times when you could sleep late and get up just for lunch? Of course, this was not a "daily habit even before, between work or study, but certainly since you have children it is practically impossible.

3. Have time to ... get bored!

Each of us has experienced the sensation of doing nothing at least once in our life. Even before the real boredom took over, the feeling of not having anything urgent or important to do, the possibility of being able to lie down on the sofa and watch TV in spare time, has always been damn pleasant. With children, boredom will be a feeling of the past.

4. Go out every weekend

With children, the time to have fun outside and maybe get drunk will be canceled out of the blue. Or at least it will get very thin and the only way to recover it will be to hire a babysitter. However, better not have a hangover the next morning: the children do not stop in front of your headache.

5. Make love wherever you want

Sex doesn't have to go out once you get married or become a mother - but clearly it can't happen again in the living room or around the house. Your bedroom will become your only night corner ... as long as your child doesn't wake up and wants some cuddles!

6. Traveling on a whim

Two people who take a flight at the last moment can stay there ... but when they start to be three or four and each with different needs, the thrill of the trip planned the day before will be nothing but a memory. With children, you need to be prepared for everything, and in advance.

7. Keep the house clean for a full week

The apartment was clean for a whole week ... one sweep and clean again. Those were the days! But you could teach your children the importance of hygiene by involving them in cleaning.

8. Always have some appointments

Cinema, museums, exhibitions, aperitifs and dinners: stuff of the past. Now the priority is to figure out which of the two is to put the baby to bed. Dinner at 8 and wake up at 7: here are your appointments!

9. No complaints

When you are out and about with your child, swearing or vulgarity is certainly to be avoided: you must lead by example.

10. Watch movies and TV shows that you really enjoy

Most likely the TV content you like is not suitable even for the child who is next to you on the sofa. Wait until he goes to bed, then maybe you can indulge in those programs that you used to watch freely without the danger of shocking the little eyes that now alternately watch you and the TV.

11. Prepare dinner for just two

Cooking was already difficult for you, then for two it became a daily task. Then, all of a sudden, you have to cook for the whole world! Work multiplies: being a parent is beautiful, but preparing meals for a tribe every day is objectively one of the most stressful things in a mother's life. And kids don't want prepackaged meals to be microwaved.

But despite everything, life as a mother is truly wonderful!
