Cooking Therapy for couples in crisis

So no more jewels or exotic travels, to re-establish couple bonds what you need is to try your hand at pots and stoves: according to 7 out of 10 experts, in fact, the best therapy for couples in crisis is Cooking Therapy.

If once it was said that men must be "taken by the throat" now the situation is the other way around: it is in fact the male who has to try his hand in the kitchen trying to conquer his partner (52%). The purpose? Amaze (58%), involve in seduction games (45%) and stimulate multisensory skills (37%).

The kitchen thus becomes, although still considered a place where many dangers are hidden, for 73% of experts, a real seduction place, but only if the apron is worn by him.

But be careful, there are some rules to best experience this new couple therapy, we list them below:

- Go shopping together: it will be a moment of sharing and will create harmony
- Cook simple dishes and prefer multisensory skills: don't just cook pasta, but stimulate the senses by tasting, touching and manipulating the individual ingredients
- An ad hoc table: the mise en place is also important. Give it romantic and pleasant touches, perhaps adding details that stimulate the senses such as soft lights and fragrant flowers
- Even the ear wants its part: no to the television in the background! Choose a soundtrack that you both like, maybe that is linked to happy memories together
- The moment of conquest: once at the table, do not throw yourself on the plates with enthusiasm, but enjoy every single bite. Even the very way of eating can set off the spark and rekindle the passion.
