Brushing is good for the hair, because this repeated movement allows the natural oils to reach the entire hair, to nourish it and give it shine. It stimulates the microcirculation of the scalp, eliminates impurities and gives more volume to the hair. It is recommended that you brush your hair for 1 minute every day, morning and evening.

The technique: Upside down, brush your hair from the nape of the neck to the forehead and then from the sides towards the center of the head. Avoid doing this when your hair is wet, as it is more fragile. Obviously, gestures that are too vigorous or aggressive are to be avoided.

The tools to use

Brush your hair yes… but on condition that you use the right brush.

- If you want to untangle them, use a wide-toothed comb.
