  • Pre-shampoo pack based on flaxseed oil and coconut oil, two excellent ingredients to fortify the hair: the first is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids that nourish the hair fiber while the second is known for its nourishing properties and emollients. Just apply it on your hair and let it act for a few minutes. If you have oily hair, however, it is better to reserve this treatment at ends and lengths to avoid greasing the skin even more.
  • Pack of olive oil, rich in fatty acids (Omega3) which help to fortify the hair structure. You can also warm it slightly before applying it for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight.

  • Compress with essential oil of rosemary, an excellent natural remedy to strengthen hair and facilitate its growth. It stimulates the microcirculation of the scalp, favoring the flow of blood to the hair bulb and fighting its loss. Alternatively, you can also add some. drops in the shampoo: take the amount of shampoo you use for a wash and put it in a jar, then add some drops and let it rest for a few days before using it, to allow the oil to release its properties.
  • Castor oil pack; rich in Omega3, ricinoleic acid, vitamin E, mineral salts and proteins, it is a real cure-all for the hair. To facilitate its application, you can dilute it with a few drops of coconut oil.

2. DIY nourishing and restructuring masks

Applying a hair mask at least once a week is a great way to come to the rescue of thin, brittle and depleted hair.

This mix represents one of the most effective recipes, thanks to the emollient and nourishing virtues enjoyed by the two ingredients. Eventually, the former can also be replaced by olive or linseed oil.

Combine three tablespoons of virgin or extra virgin coconut oil with two of honey, add a shot of yogurt to make the mixture more spreadable. If you have oily hair, add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with detoxifying power to the amalgam obtained.

Take some leaves of the plant and let them boil for a few minutes, then proceed to blend them, add a spoonful of yogurt and drops of lemon juice.

3. Massage on the scalp

Each time you proceed with washing, perform a scalp massage to reactivate the microcirculation of the blood: in this way you will promote hair regrowth and your hair will appear stronger and brighter over time.
