How to write on a forum: the rules of good coexistence of the alfemminile forum!

The alfemminile community is open to everyone, free and free. Here you will find spaces to chat openly, to share photos and videos and to share your secrets. You will also meet many people who, like you, simply want to share something of their daily life.

To do this, we all need to respect the rules of good coexistence:

- Education and kindness: each person you meet in the alfemminile Forum has their own story and way of interacting; try to respect him and understand the tone of voice of every single friend you will find.

- Respect the themes of the Sections: we have many sections and for each there is a specific theme! This is to ensure that everyone can express themselves to the maximum on the topic that interests them most at that precise moment!
You can be part of as many sections as you want, but we ask you to respect the topic of each and to enter your questions or thoughts in the appropriate section!

- Respect the copyright of images, videos and articles: try not to use content taken from the web without mentioning the author (but ATTENTION: without inserting links to external websites, this is not allowed in the Forum).

- Use a single profile for your email address: with the email address you sign up with, you can choose a single nickname and then create and log in with a single and unique profile connected to the email address in question.

- Links to external websites: we ask you to rely on us and not to insert external links (excluding those of Youtube), in this case we will be forced to moderate the content.

- Never communicate your personal data: it is really important that you protect your sensitive data first. It is therefore not possible to share data such as: Name and Surname, email address, telephone number, complete date of birth, Tax Code, etc ...

- Do not ask for answers in private: what you are asking the community is for sure an interesting topic that if enhanced by comments from other users can help many other people like you who are looking for an answer or support!

- Communications regarding the Forum and possible complaints: do not create threads regarding your possible questions or recommendations for the moderators, you risk not being displayed (also these types of posts are moderated)!
For any type of report, request or information, you can always write to the moderators and the community manager, either by private message or by contacting us at the email address: [email protected]

- Don't be aggressive: bad words, insults and aggressive interventions are not allowed on the forum. If someone has an opinion different from yours, respect it and try to learn a lesson: every situation can be a good opportunity to seize!

- Do not use too many words in CAPS: writing in capital letters can be misinterpreted as aggressive tone (as if you were screaming), also our automatic moderator will moderate your content if written too often in capital letters.

What is not allowed in the alfemminile Forum?

- Racist, insulting, xenophobic, pedophile speeches. Interventions that incite anorexia, bulimia, pedophilia, prostitution.

- Advertising content: Community users are not allowed to advertise both public and private products or services.

- Sale: of drugs, drugs, sexual services, counterfeit products and any other industrial product. The exception is only for the products that some mothers in the community produce handcrafted (placemats, cakes, bibs, etc.) or if you want to sell personal items or other items that you no longer want to keep at home and think it might be of interest to others.

- Discussions in public which have the sole purpose of inviting users to write, view or reply to each other in private messages are not allowed.
What does it mean? That within a public discussion, if you want to switch to private messages with a user, you can write a comment in the public discussion in which you invite the other person to move to private messages. However, this cannot be followed by further comments or discussions created only to remember or invite this user or others to enter private messages.

Any messages containing content that is not in line with the above policies will be immediately deleted by the staff or moderator. In the same way, all contents that are not in line with current Italian laws will be removed.

When you encounter content, images or behaviors that do not respect the "rules of good conduct" just click on the "Alert!" to notify us that something is wrong, or you can write us here: remember that the more details you provide, the sooner we will be able to intervene.

But be careful not to abuse the alert button: use the button only when the content is really contrary to the policy and not to spite a person you don't agree with.

Guide to forum and profile settings

Every day we receive your questions on [email protected] on how to best use the forum. Can't log in? Have you forgotten your password or do you want to report a bug that prevents you from browsing the portal?

Here you will find the answers to all the most common questions:

1. How can I delete my content (discussion and / or reply)?
It is not possible to delete your own discussion and / or answer, but there is another solution and it is very simple! Send a [email protected] with the URL of the content to be deleted and your nick.
NB: you must know that by deleting your account your contents will not be deleted but will be anonymized, as explained in point 9.

ATTENTION: the contents that can be deleted are those that have not received answers or that contain sensitive and relevant data for the user himself. If your content receives even a single comment, it becomes a topic for sharing and communication by the Community and for this reason it does not can be deleted.

2. What is a URL?
A URL is the discussion link. Simply copy and paste the URL into the body of the email you send us.

3. I wrote a thread but I can't find it anymore, what can I do?
To keep track of all your discussions and those you like most from other users, you can put them in your "Favorite Discussions" by clicking on the star at the top left, near the title of the thread itself. Through the item "Favorite discussions", which you can also find in the drop-down menu at the top left, you can keep track of all the discussions you do not want to miss any news!

4. Why can't I change my threads or delete them myself?
Trolls and spammers thrive on the forum ... how can we effectively hunt them down if they delete their messages themselves? It would be a mission impossible!

5. I still see my threads online even though the alfeminile team told me they removed them.
We told you that the discussion has been deleted, but do you still see it online? First we advise you to clear your cache and cookies, and then refresh the page: you will see that it will not appear again!

6. How do I clear the cache and cookies?
Nothing simpler! Go to your browser history. There you will find all the information to delete them.

7. My discussion is visible on the Google search engine, why?
Yes, it happens. For our part we can not do anything! You have two choices at your disposal: be patient (the engine sometimes takes time to cool down) or contact Google directly. The presence of your content on Google, in fact, depends on the content indexing logic.

8. Why am I no longer able to log in with my account?
Are you sure you entered your username and password correctly? Or to have respected the rules of good coexistence listed above? For more information you can always write to [email protected]

9. How can I cancel my account?

First of all you must know that by deleting your account your contents will not be deleted (as it is now owned by the Forum as specified above) but will be anonymized. This means that the contents will be attributed to a random and anonymous nickname that can no longer be traced back to your nickname or email address.

You can delete your profile by following the following procedure:

From the main menu, in the "edit profile" section

© Forum1

© Forum2

10. I have lost my password, how can I recover it?
We recommend that you request a new password, in the Login area, by clicking on the "Recover Password" item. Or you can send an e-mail to the staff at [email protected] and also indicate in the request your nickname and e-mail address associated with your account.

11. How can I report a bug?
A bug is a problem that interferes with browsing the portal.
Do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible, by writing to [email protected] and describing in the most precise and detailed way possible the problem encountered and the URL of the page / discussion where you encountered the problem accompanied by screenshots.

The role of moderators: who they are and what they do

The role of the moderator is to enforce the rules of good conduct so that the female remains a community where everyone can speak freely and serenely, also in compliance with Italian laws.

“Staffalfemminile” is the official nickname we use to communicate with you, to write to you, to share photos and videos.

In addition to the alfemminile staff profile, there are other moderators in the community.

The role of the moderators is to ensure that the rules of good conduct are respected, and to intervene to recall those who behave wrongly as well as being a point of reference for all of you. Only the alfemminile staff has the ability to ban members, preventing them from attending the community again. This happens when the policies are repeatedly disregarded and every recall attempt fails.Except for exceptional cases such as trolls, illegal sales and the like, in fact, we try not to ban people immediately, but we prefer a first contact via email, to explain why the behavior was not appreciated. Only, if following the recall you do not change your attitude, then we will be forced to ban the profile.

We just have to wish you a good sharing in the alfemminile Forum!

Do you have other questions to submit to us: you can always write to [email protected] or contact the “Staffalfemminile” profile with a private message! We will be happy to answer all your requests!
