How to train at home before the holidays

Every year, in January, after a year of sacrifices, healthy eating and sports, we find ourselves in front of the mirror to take stock of which clothes no longer fit after the Christmas holidays.
Don't despair! First of all because our body is constantly evolving and it is perfectly normal to have periods in which we feel out of shape and secondly because we have the perfect solution to solve the problem.
