Face biorevitalization: what is the treatment to look younger

Undergoing facial biorevitalization means restoring the volumes of the face, deeply rehydrating the tissues, restoring normal skin growth and turnover mechanisms, reactivating dermal function and effectively counteracting the collagen degradation effect. It is a truly effective and innovative treatment, which is why we wanted to talk about it in depth. We also leave you a video with the anti-aging routine to put into practice immediately.

What is face biorevitalization?

Face biorevitalization, also called biolifting, is a non-invasive facial beauty treatment. It is a non-surgical lifting that restores elasticity and tone to skin tissues put to the test by aging. This innovative technique in the field of aesthetic medicine consists in injecting pure hyaluronic acid, mineral salts and vitamins, to stimulate the production of collagen deeply rehydrating the skin and restoring its natural balance. The face will immediately look fresher and smoother. Facial biorevitalization to date is one of the most requested facial aesthetic treatments and differs from other techniques such as chemical peeling (with glycolic acid, salicylic acid, mandelic acid, etc.), as it does not present any type of contraindication or serious side effect. .

The main benefits of face biorevitalization

After making a brief introduction and explaining what the treatment is, let's see what its main benefits are:

  • skin immediately more compact and elastic
  • bright face
  • turgid skin
  • significant reduction of fine wrinkles
  • complete revitalization of the whole face

Face biorevitalization and the difference with the filler

A question arises, but what is the difference between face biorevitalization and filler? Basically they are two aesthetic treatments with the aim of making the skin younger, but biolifting has the advantage of better spreading the hyaluronic acid which spreads more easily.
Furthermore, while the filler fills the wrinkles in a superficial way, the biorevitalization hydrates the skin deeply and, at the same time, stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.
In some cases, biorevitalization and filler can be two treatments to combine to obtain even more visible and lasting results.

Types of facial biorevitalization

There are different types of facial biorevitalization, here are the main ones:

  • Facial biorevitalization associated with radiofrequency

Face biorevitalization and radiofrequency are two treatments that can be combined to create a single treatment that uses heat to stimulate collagen production and make the skin more compact and relaxed. To see the first results you need 8-10 radiofrequency sessions to the face every 10-15 days. From the first session it is possible to notice a more elastic and toned skin. In the case of pregnant women, pacemaker wearers, cardiac patients and subjects suffering from epilepsy, this treatment is contraindicated.

  • Face biorevitalization without needles

There is also a type of face biorevitalization without needles, which uses special electro-medical devices capable of delivering the active ingredients into the skin. It is an "innovation that exploits microdermabrasion. An example is the facial treatment with high concentration oxygen, which allows the penetration of the liquid without the need to use needles.

  • Face biorevitalization with platelet gel (PRP)

Face biorevitalization can also be done using PRP, or plasma enriched in platelets (platelet riched plasma). A particular technique developed in America, which involves the infiltration of a platelet gel into the skin, in order to speed up the cell regeneration process. After platelet gel treatment (prp) the face will be compact, toned and luminous.

  • Face biorevitalization with biostimulating threads

Finally, there is facial biorevitalization done through biostimulating threads: these are absorbable threads that are inserted into the face with hypodermic needles and guarantee an immediate support effect to the soft tissues. The effectiveness of this innovative procedure is visible within 2 or 3 weeks.

How is facial biorevitalization performed?

Facial biorevitalization is an effective anti-aging treatment, able to tone the deep dermis of the face, eliminate forehead wrinkles, expression lines, wrinkles in the mouth and reduce dark circles. But that's not all: biolifting, in fact, is also able to act on other skin imperfections such as melasma and dark spots on the face. The main objective, as anticipated, is to block the aging process of the face, through three main actions:

  • restructuring action - promotes cell turnover and stimulates the production of collagen elastin and hyaluronic acid, thus counteracting facial skin relaxation;
  • anti-oxidant action - counteracts the action of free radicals, the main responsible for cellular aging;
  • moisturizing action - stimulates tissue hydration, producing rapid facial rejuvenation and a significant reduction in wrinkles.

How is it done?
Face biorevitalization is performed on an outpatient basis and involves the use of biocompatible and resorbable substances.

Preparation
During the preparation for facial biorevitalization, to increase its effectiveness, the following treatments are performed on the face:

  • face cleaning
  • face scrub
  • face peeling

Procedure
Facial biorevitalization consists of a series of injections with very thin needles or alternatively with a cannula, of hyaluronic acid combined with amino acids and vitamins, in localized areas such as the face, neck and décolleté. During face biorevitalization sessions, you can combine other treatments such as oxygen therapy, carboxytherapy, pulsed light, lifting, blepharoplasty, laser biostimulation, face lipofilling.

Duration
Approximately 4 or 6 face biorevitalization sessions are enough to be repeated every 2 or 3 weeks.
For all those who worry about any pain during treatment, we can say that the pain is minimal, almost zero, in fact, anesthesia is not necessary.
