1. Great scrub

To smooth and purify the skin of the face and body you can create a bicarbonate paste with which to make an exfoliating scrub. Just dissolve ¾ of bicarbonate in ¼ of water and then apply the mixture on face and body, massaging gently with circular movements.

To whiten your teeth and remove stains quickly and without going to the dentist, every now and then put a little baking soda on your toothbrush and use it as a normal toothpaste.

3. Stop bad smells

Baking soda can even be used as a deodorant, thanks to its ability to reduce bad odors. Dissolve it a little in water and pat it under your armpits. Alternatively, fill a spray container and you will have your own natural and DIY deodorant to take on the go.

4. Emollient foot bath

6. Clean and shiny hair

As hair builds up residue day after day, it begins to look greasy and dull. To solve this problem in a natural way, pour a teaspoon of baking soda into the shampoo and then apply it with gentle massages on the hair, leaving it on for 10 minutes.
