China: "all children will be able to have a baby brother"

The one-child policy has been in place since 1979 but the turning point has come after 36 years. The Chinese Communist Party had chosen this modus operandi to control the demographic growth of the most populous country in the world but, to date, continuing on this path would seem to be counterproductive.
In fact, over time two particular problems have emerged.
In 2014, there were 100 births of girls compared to 116 births of boys and this should lead to the presence of about 30 million celibate men on Chinese soil by 2020.
The other problem is the premature aging of the population, in fact, in 15 years, about a quarter of the population of the Asian giant will be about 60 years old and, continuing with the one-child policy, the figures would be destined to double.
