Baileys Espresso Chill
(each serving contains 0.9 units of alcohol)
Put 50ml of Baileys, a double cold espresso, 50ml of cold milk and crushed ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously and serve in a tall glass garnished with coffee beans.

Baileys Coffee Slush
(each serving contains 1.4 units of alcohol)
Put crushed ice and a handful of coffee beans in a blender. Blend and serve in a latte glass. Pour together 1 espresso, 75ml of Baileys and 100ml of milk, adding sugar to your taste and mix. Then pour it all on ice and garnish with a sprinkling of coffee beans.

Baileys Coffee Gold
(each serving contains 0.5 units of alcohol)
mix an espresso with hot milk and fill a glass 2/3 full. Add 25ml of Baileys with a hint of Coffee and 12.5ml of honey. Serve in a latte glass.

Baileys Milk
(each serving contains 0.9 units of alcohol)
Pour 100ml of espresso into a latte glass. Mix 150ml of warm milk with 50ml of Baileys and then slowly pour into the glass.

Baileys Espress-ito
(each serving contains 0.9 units of alcohol)
Crush some fresh mint leaves with 2 teaspoons of sugar. Mix 50ml of Baileys and an espresso. Serve in an elegant glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a mint leaf

Baileys Mochatini
(each serving contains 2.3 units of alcohol)
Pour some ice cubes into a shaker and add 75ml of Baileys with a hint of Coffee, 25ml of an espresso and 25ml of Smirnoff No.21® vodka. Shake and strain into an ice-cold cup. Garnish with chocolate flakes.
Ideal to accompany with coffee brownies.

Baileys Coffee Pop
Ingredients: ¼ cup of water, 1 pack of gelatin powder, 2 cups of milk chocolate, ½ cup of chocolate syrup, ½ cup of espresso, 1 cup of Baileys (Baileys Original or a flavor of your choice from the Baileys range)
Preparation: mix the milk chocolate, the espresso and the chocolate syrup. Aside, boil some water and add the gelatin powder, stirring it until it dissolves. After allowing them to cool for about 20 minutes, add the chocolate and espresso mix and mix well. Pour into popsicle molds, insert the stick and place in the freezer until they solidify.
Ideal to eat as a popsicle or to serve in a cocktail glass with cold coffee.
