4 exercises to do by the sea to keep fit even on the beach

If you think that at the sea it is impossible to stay in shape between aperitifs on the beach, grills, ice creams and more or less caloric snacks, you are wrong!

Obviously, a minimum of behavior from the point of view of nutrition is needed, but while you are on the beach you can also alternate well-deserved moments of relaxation on the sunbed, with some quick and easy physical exercise.

1. While you apply sunscreen

You cannot avoid this "effort" because, as you well know, the first thing to do when you arrive at the beach is to spread the protective cream.
Do not do it distractedly or with little energy, take the opportunity to do some stretching immediately, stretching yourself well while spreading the cream on your arms and legs and avoiding getting help for your back

2. While taking a bath

When you are in the water you are really spoiled for choice to do exercises aimed at maintaining (or achieving) the shape.
In addition to taking walks to soak, which are also very useful for circulation, you can improvise some water aerobics exercises.
Some examples? For the buttocks you can make alternating leg pushes, for the arms you can take advantage of the friction of the water and exercise the pectorals and, for the abdominals, from the standing position bring the legs to the chest 20 times and repeat 3 series, pausing between one and the other.

3. While queuing at the beach bar

A popsicle, a slush or a nice slice of fresh watermelon: these are the snacks allowed if you don't want to affect your fitness. Stay away from packaged ice creams, rich not only in calories but also in chemical additives, cream donuts or more or less stuffed wraps.

And since you will surely find some ponytail before you can order, take advantage of some quick and easy exercises: contract your glutes rhythmically to firm them and do the same with your biceps.

If there is also a step up and down as if it were a step. Of course, maybe someone will look at you in a strange way, but don't let yourself be distracted by the goal: a body to scream!

4. While helping your child to make a sand castle

When the children are on the shore making castles and molds with sand, they need it to be wet so it doesn't dry out in the sun and crumble in the blink of an eye. Here's a great way to practice, for example!

In fact, guess who will take care of going to regularly fill the bucket at sea? Of course you! So that you will be able to take advantage of it to do some squats, bending over your legs, keeping your back straight and abdominals contracted, and filling the bucket, to take it with a short run, to the impatient children.
